Each bike is made up of 1,200 individual components, put together by a skilled team of technicians and engineers. In the run up to Christmas, the production line ran at full capacity to meet demand.
It’s more than just a bike. Each unique piece is hand brazed by one of the skilled technicians at their factory in London. Each brazer is trained for 18 months and once qualified, stamp their ‘signature’ on the part of the bike they work on. That’s dedication.
“You don’t need a degree to work in manufacturing. With the right training, you can learn any skill.” — Sunday Eghosahanon, Brompton Bikes
