Following the campaign’s launch in April, TMiH has been on tour across the country. We started at New Scientist Live in September, with the premiere of our virtual reality film. October saw us spreading the technician message at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea’s Celebration of Science and in the Houses of Parliament with colleagues from the University of Nottingham. In November we exhibited at the Association of Colleges’ annual conference, TheatreCraft and the Skills Show. We rounded off the year with a final outing at Skills London in December.

2017 will be as equally exciting for TMiH. In January, the technician portraits will be on show at Millennium Point in Birmingham. The TMiH stand will be visiting the Association for Science Education conference in January, and What Career Live and the Big Bang Fair in March.

We had a huge number of brilliant technicians with us at all the 2016 events – thank you to our partners who kindly allowed their technicians to join us and spread the TMiH message. If you are keen to be involved in 2017, please get in touch.
